The really good service stood out, particularly for my husband's birthday celebration. However, the location is a bit remote from Cape Town city centre, which might be a drawback for some. From the seamless WhatsApp communication prior to arrival. to the warm welcome with a bellman escorting me directly to my room without a front desk check-in, every detail was impressive. The food was really good, though I would have loved a bit more variety in the dining menu. Overall, a fantastic experience!
